Fragrance Safety

Before first use, apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or itching occurs. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. Keep out of reach of children.

A clear patch test reduces the chance of a reaction but does not guarantee one won't occur later, including with repeated use.

Our fragrances are intended for external, cosmetic use on skin or clothing as directed. Do not apply to broken, irritated, inflamed, or sunburnt skin.

Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Store out of reach of children and pets, and use only as intended.

Fragrance ingredients can affect people differently. Individual reactions — including redness, itching, burning or stinging, or swelling — may vary from person to person, even with products that have not caused a reaction before. If you have known fragrance or cosmetic allergies, or particularly sensitive skin, we recommend an extra-cautious patch test and reviewing the product with care before regular use.

If you are sensitive to fragrance and experience coughing, wheezing, chest tightness, nasal irritation, or shortness of breath after exposure, stop use and move to fresh air immediately. Seek medical attention if breathing difficulty is severe or does not improve.

Discontinue use immediately, wash the affected area with water, and consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation, a rash, or any other reaction persists or worsens.
