Refund & Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can request cancellation any time before your order has been dispatched by writing to hello@onyuscentique.com with your order reference. Once an order has been couriered, it can no longer be cancelled — you're welcome to refuse delivery or initiate a return instead, per the policy above.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at hello@onyuscentique.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund once we've reviewed it — these cases are handled separately from the standard 7-day return window above and do not require the product to be unopened.

If a delivery attempt fails or is refused because of an incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, the courier will usually attempt redelivery. If the order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund of the product value, excluding original shipping charges.

If an order placed with a coupon or discount code is returned, the refund reflects the amount actually paid after the discount, not the original listed price. A used coupon is not reinstated for a later order unless we state otherwise.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout via Razorpay. Please allow for your bank or card issuer's own processing time on top of the timeline stated in our policy above.
