ONYU Scentique ("ONYU Scentique", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Prosperg, a sole proprietorship registered in India. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through onyuscentique.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Shipping and billing address
• Account information, if you create an account (email and password, via our authentication provider)
• Order information — items purchased, order value, coupon codes used, and order status
• Messages you send us, e.g. through hello@onyuscentique.com

We also collect some information automatically:

• A cart-session cookie so your bag is remembered between visits if you are not signed in. This cookie stores only a random session identifier, not personal data.
• Basic technical/device information (such as browser type and error diagnostics) captured through our error-monitoring tool when something goes wrong on the Site, so we can fix it.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves — payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, described below.

• To process and fulfil your orders, including payment, shipping, and support
• To create and manage your account, if you choose to create one
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to enquiries
• To send you updates about new launches or offers, only if you've asked to be notified (e.g. via a "Notify Me" form)
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and promotional/coupon misuse
• To maintain and improve the Site, including diagnosing technical issues

We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember the contents of your shopping cart before you sign in. We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies. If that changes, we will update this section and, where required, ask for your consent.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site, and only to the extent needed for them to perform that service:

• Razorpay — processes payments on our behalf. Razorpay receives the information needed to complete your payment; we never see or store your full card or UPI details.
• Courier / logistics partners — receive your name, phone number, and delivery address solely to deliver your order.
• Supabase — hosts our database and authentication; this is where your account and order records are stored.
• Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf (order receipts, admin order alerts).
• Sentry — error-monitoring tool that helps us catch and fix bugs; it may capture technical diagnostic data if an error occurs on a page you're using.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections, access controls, and row-level security on our database — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending you marketing communications, by writing to hello@onyuscentique.com. Some information may need to be retained where we have a legal obligation to keep it (for example, records of a completed order).

The Site is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and ask that anyone under the age required to enter into a contract in their jurisdiction use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

In accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Grievance Officer for privacy-related complaints is:
