These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of onyuscentique.com (the "Site"), operated by Prosperg ("ONYU Scentique", "we", "us"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to place an order with us. If you are using the Site on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at hello@onyuscentique.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• We try to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
• Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and paid for.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified — placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, suspected abuse of a promotional offer, pricing or stock errors, or a failure to meet these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.

Coupons are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer (e.g. validity period and per-customer usage limit), have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We may withdraw or modify a promotion at any time without prior notice.

Shipping timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Our products are cosmetic fragrances intended for external use only. Please read our Fragrance Safety page, including the patch-test recommendation, before use. Individual skin sensitivity and reactions can vary from person to person.

All content on the Site — including the ONYU Scentique name and logo, product photography, descriptions, and site design — is owned by or licensed to us and protected under applicable intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

If you submit a review, testimonial, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it on the Site and in our marketing, and you confirm it is honest, your own, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may moderate or decline to publish submitted content at our discretion.

The Site relies on third-party services (including Razorpay for payments and third-party couriers for delivery) to operate. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or delays caused solely by those third parties, though we will always try to help resolve any issue that affects your order.

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
